- Home Health UK - Blood test kits
- Marathon Medical Services - Setup by GP Andrew Murray, who competed in 2007. Provides nutritional info, medicals, ECG, etc. For a sample of their advice view Medications advice and Medical Matters presentation.
RaceKit.co.uk - Run by Amanda Heading, a 2005 MdS competitor; sells ultra distance, adventure racing and hiking equipment and clothing.
Be-Well Nutritional products - offer a fixed discount and Free nutritional advice for anyone, any teams that use their services, which includes meals for special dietary needs.- Vital Hands - A Sports Massage practice based in London, run by Charlotte Cunliffe who ran in 2003. Some (previous) MdS competitors are regular clients.
- Gaitors - these Gaitors are made by Keith Flood who competed in 2005 & 2007, and has been supplying competitors in those races and since.
- Injinji Socks - "Many of the U.K. competitors asked me about my magical, blister-free socks while we were in Morocco. ... They were so simple. I was at MdS with a single pair of injinjis for the entire time. I just washed them out with a bit of water each day and re-greased every morning. They were awesome." Monica, Canadian runner, 2003
