As part of the registration process we need to know your blood group. This is not generally something that is on record, so you will need to have a test done before you can register for the MdS.
In view of the difficulties most people have in finding out their blood type, we are now able to offer you a very simple self-test kit with full instructions which will tell you your blood group within a few minutes.
The kit only detects the 4 main groups - rarer groups will not be detected and a further test will need to be carried out by a laboratory.
